Full-spectrum CBD capsules contain ginger and turmeric, which have anti-inflammatory properties. They relieve muscle and joint pain.

Ginger is a plant species native to India and belonging to the same family as turmeric. Like turmeric, it is now considered a "superfood" in Europe. It boasts an exceptionally high content of antioxidants and nutrients concentrated in its rhizome, which is used in cooking and traditional medicine. Ginger is indeed known to contribute to physical well-being.

Turmeric is a perennial plant with a short stem that can reach one meter in height.

Native to India and Southeast Asia, turmeric has been used for over 4,000 years. This plant is one of the most widely used in healthy cooking, as it offers numerous benefits, particularly in relieving muscle and joint pain.
